Lace Heart Butterfly Puddler

Attract the winged beauties who make your heart flutter with Jo-Anne and Gerald Warren’s lovely, lace-scrolled puddler in your garden.

• Place the butterfly puddler in a sunny, protected place. Fill the heart-shaped blue well with sand, then cover with water. Butterflies crave the minerals and salts left behind as the water evaporates.
• Refill with water when needed.
• You can also place overripe fruit on the puddler, or add a pinch of salt to the water to attract the butterflies.
• Once butterflies know where they can find these nutritious treats, they return regularly.
