- Learn the side-by-side cupping technique that pros use to evaluate beans and brews.
- Discover the importance of a bean’s “terroir,” which includes everything from growing conditions to cultural influences.
- Practice five rounds of tasting to identify subtle notes of fragrance, body, and flavor (think dark chocolate, blackberry, and cinnamon).
- Reveal the origin and profile of each sample and find out how closely your own appraisal matches the real thing.
